The Oregon Wine Symposium wouldn't be the same without our hardworking volunteers.

Why Volunteer?
Volunteering at the Oregon Wine Symposium offers a unique opportunity to:

Roles
We need volunteers for a variety of roles available, including:
Registration Assistant: Help set up the registration area prior to the start of the conference. Assist with a variety of tasks such as directing attendees, general registration, and badge printing.
Room Monitor: Monitor the session door and answer basic questions about the event, display time warning cards for speakers, take room counts, and run the microphone for Q&A sessions.
Exhibitor Assistant: Assist exhibit manager with booths on trade show floor, assisting exhibitors and sponsors, answering basic questions, giving directions, etc. during load-in or exhibitor hours.
Directional & Welcoming Assistant: Assist with a variety of tasks such as directing attendees to different programs, restrooms, exhibitor stations, monitor attendee waste products, etc.
Breakdown Support: Assist the event management team, by organizing event supplies and packing items.

Shifts
We currently anticipate needing volunteers for 4-hour shifts in the following timeframes:
Monday, February 2, 2026 | 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Tuesday, February 3, 2026 | 7:15 AM - 5:15 PM
Wednesday, February 4, 2026 | 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM

As a token of our appreciation of our time, all volunteers working a 4-hour shift will receive a complimentary Full Access Symposium ticket. Your code to register at no cost will be provided upon acceptance and confirmation of your volunteer application.
