The Oregon Wine Symposium is almost here! We’re excited to welcome you next week at the Oregon Convention Center. Below is key information to help you arrive prepared and make the most of your time onsite.

Plan Your Arrival
If attending morning sessions, please allow plenty of time to arrive, park, check in, and get seated. We recommend allowing up to one hour from arriving at the Convention Center garage to being seated.

Oregon Convention Center Garage
Important: Parking is pay upon entry and may cause delays.

Early Check-In (Monday)
Early check-in is available Monday, 2–5 p.m. If arriving in Portland Monday, we strongly recommend picking up your badge to skip Tuesday morning lines—especially if attending the opening General Session.

Coffee (Very Important)
Tuesday: Complimentary coffee in General Session Hall E starting at 8:00 a.m. and in the Attendee Lounge during breaks. Coffee is also available for purchase at Portland Coffee Roasters.
Wednesday: Complimentary stations outside Portland Ballrooms before 9:00 a.m. sessions and in the Attendee Lounge starting at 9:30 a.m. Coffee available for purchase onsite.
