Matt Danner has worked in the food science industry for the past ten years, starting his career in research and development for a plant-based food company. His love for fermentation led him to Oregon State University, where he earned his degree in Food Science and Technology. After finishing his degree, Matt signed on as a harvest intern with King Estate Winery in 2015. Since then, he has worked through the ranks at King Estate as Bottling Operator, Enologist, and has been in his current role as Assistant Winemaker since 2019.
