Michele Leedom is prinicpal at Clinton Street Consulting, a coaching and consultancy practice that focuses on strategy, leadership development and organizational agility. Leedom works across multiple industries with diverse teams helping leaders of organizations understand where their policies, practices and behaviors, as well as their own biases, are preventing them from achieving their goals.

Since leading a social justice initiative at age 17 Michele has remained committed to making an impact through her career that began in the healthcare industry where she held several financial leadership positions. Population health has continued to be an important driver in her work where she enjoys partnering with organizations that are willing to challenge systems and structures that do not work for everyone and that actively work on creating an environment where our diverse population can succeed.

Leedom holds certifications from the Center for Creative Leadership, earned her MBA from the University of Florida.
