Denis Bunner has spent the past 10 years at Champagne Committee (CIVC), Oenology department, as the R&D Project and Sensory Manager. As well as 10 years at Bollinger being the Cellar Master Deputy.

As an anecdote, between CIVC and Bollinger, Denis worked for one year for Nestle Nespresso in Switzerland as a sensory project manager, meaning a great amount of coffee tasting and blending. Tastings and sensory analysis have always followed Denis!
