Rachel Adams is the Founder and Executive Director of the Assemblage Symposium, an Oregon-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to address disparities in the global wine industry and advance and empower diverse wine professionals. An Oregon native, Rachel spent the last decade contributing to marketing and Direct-to-Consumer programs at some of the state's most respected wineries including REX HILL and A to Z Wineworks, Bethel Heights Vineyard, Domaine Drouhin Oregon, and Lingua Franca. A passionate advocate for a more diverse and inclusive wine industry, Rachel currently serves as Director of Play Nice Public Relations' wine division where she supports the agency's vibrant community of independent wine clients.
