As an investment banker and strategic advisor, he has over 30 years of advisory experience focused on mergers and acquisitions, strategic growth, and operational efficiency, guiding hundreds of companies across various industries.

Michael resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he is an active member of the Marin County Search and Rescue Team.
