Ashley DuBois Leonard is the Founder and CEO of InnoVint, a leading winery management software company. She brings over two decades of experience in winemaking and technology and is passionate about helping wineries run healthy, thriving businesses.

Prior to InnoVint, Ashley held winemaking, winery operations, and wine business management roles. After earning her B.S. in Viticulture and Enology from UC Davis, she worked for several small to mid-size wineries, successfully growing their brands and businesses. Ashley later worked in technology consulting in Silicon Valley, where she experienced how innovative, cloud-based software had transformed other industries. This is when Ashley realized the need for scalable, accessible production management and cost accounting systems for wine producers and set out to launch InnoVint.

Under Ashley’s leadership, InnoVint has achieved significant growth with over 5,000 winemakers using the software, a digital winemaking community with over 600 members, and over 130 harvests across InnoVint employees.
