  • How can I register for a trade show booth?
  • How are booth numbers assigned?
    • Booth selection emails are sent out in the order in which payment was received, beginning in September.
    • If you rebooked on site at the 2018 Oregon Wine Symposium, your selected booth is on hold. Payment was due by Sept. 15 to finalize your reservation. If you still need to pay, please email hannah@socialenterprises.net

trade show hours

  • What are the trade show hours?
    • Set-up
    • Tuesday, Feb. 12: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
    • Wednesday, Feb. 13: 9:45 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Where is the Soirée located?
    • The Soirée will be held on the trade show floor on Tuesday, Feb. 12 from 5-7 p.m. The Soirée is a networking event and chance for exhibitors and attendees to spend time together on the trade show floor. Wine and hors d'oeuvres will be provided.
  • Do I get access to the Soirée?
    • All attendees (with the exception of trade show booth guests) receive access to the Soirée.

logistics

  • What will be included in my exhibitor packet?
    • The below items will be included in your exhibitor packet. Packets can be picked up on site at the tradeshow registration desk. Included in the exhibitor packet:
      • Tradeshow-only passes for booth staff
      • Rebooking documents
      • Two meal tickets per day, per booth, as well as any additional lunch tickets purchased (Full Access Symposium passes include access to the General Session Hall buffet lunch)
  • How do I order carpet, electricity, etc.?
    • Please refer to the Exhibitor Manual, which will be sent out prior to the event in early January.
  • Can I provide food or alcohol at my booth?
    • Alcohol can be served from your booth space. You will need to hire an Oregon Convention Center bartender for a minimum of 4 hours to pour. Contact hannah@socialenterprises.net for details.
    • Samples can be provided at your booth. A buyout fee applies. Please contact hannah@socialenterprises.net for details.

meals

  • What type of lunch does my ticket include?
    • Exhibitors: If you are an exhibitor with a trade show booth only, your booth includes two box lunches per day (additional lunches can be purchased DAY ONE and DAY TWO). Meal tickets will be provided in your exhibitor packet.
      • If you are an exhibitor, but have purchased a Full Symposium ticket, you have access to the buffet lunch.
    • Sponsors: If you are a sponsor, please refer to your sponsorship contract to find out how many Full Access Symposium passes are included.
      • Attendees registered with Full Access Symposium passes include access to the buffet lunch.
      • As a sponsor, you also receive two box lunches per day with your booth space. You can purchase more box lunches (DAY ONE and DAY TWO).

guests/badges

  • Can I invite guests/customers to visit my booth?
  • How do I get my name badge?
    • Exhibitors: If you are an exhibitor and are staffing your booth with a trade show only badge, you will pick up your exhibitor packet with name badges at the Exhibitor Registration booth on the trade show floor.
    • Sponsors: If you are a sponsor and are registered for a Full Access Symposium pass or a trade show only pass, you will pick up your exhibitor packet with name badges at the Exhibitor Registration booth on the trade show floor.
  • How do I register my trade show only passes for my booth staff?
    • Please fill out the booth staff form HERE.
  • How do I register for a Full Access Symposium pass?
    • Please visit the registration page HERE.
    • Please note: If you are a sponsor, you receive complimentary Full Access passes. If you have questions on registering these, please email hannah@socialenterprises.net.

rebooking

  • Are you doing on-site rebooking again?
    • Yes, we will be providing the opportunity to rebook on site for 2020. Please note:
      • You will receive a rebooking document in your exhibitor packet with your rebooking time. Rebooking documents will also be sent out prior to the event in the case you cannot come at your designated time. We will rebook you once we receive those completed documents.
      • Rebooking on site does not guarantee your exhibitor space. You will be invoiced post-event and your booth reservation is not considered finalized until you have paid for your space.
